Founder and Managing Partner.
Mailson Ribeiro is the Founder and Managing Partner of Arrabon Capital, leading the firm's investment strategy, origination and execution. His experience spans structured finance, debt capital markets and asset-based lending, with a focus on bespoke financing solutions across private credit and specialty finance. Prior to founding Arrabon, he held roles in investment banking and structured finance at ABN AMRO and National Bank of Canada. He holds an M.Sc. in Financial Economics from Maastricht University and is fluent in English, Dutch, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
